6. Payment, Shipping, and Delivery of Perishable Goods

Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
Shipping & Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Perishable Goods: You are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided and that someone is available to receive the delivery. Yume is not responsible for spoilage or damage due to delivery delays caused by the customer (e.g., incorrect address, inability to receive the package) or carrier negligence/delay.
Immediate Refrigeration: If the product is perishable, it is the customer's responsibility to refriger refrigerate or freeze the goods immediately upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds (Specific to Food)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. A refund or replacement may be offered only in the case of:

Product damage or spoilage due to our error or negligence during packaging.
Receipt of an incorrect item.
